I have a question: If I purchase your sweater (and other accessories), will I be able to use them in my game(s)?
In other words, does buying your items also grant a license to use them in commercial products, like games?
Thank you so much, and I hope you have a wonderful day/night!
Hi, I'm fine with people using my assets for their personal projects, as for "commercial" use, in your case a game, I'm fine with it as long as the asset itself is not a "paywalled" feature, obtainable/unlockable exclusively through real-life money, like skins in games such as CS:GO/CS2, COD, etc.
The asset existing within the game, and the game itself costing money, if it does, is fine, as understandibly you'd need to monetize your game if you choose to, provided that the assets themselves are not the direct product being sold/paywalled.
Take for reference some of my assets being implemented into a garry's mod workshop model, this is competely fine.
Crediting me in the description and/or in-game credits of your project would be greatly appreciated.
Overall, the ToS would fall into a "Fair Use" or similar category, prioritizing ethical and reasonable use of my work.
If you have any questions or need clarification feel free to contact me directly.
